Important note

No onsite registration will be available.

Early Bird Rate is applicable until 19th September, 2025. After this, standard rates will apply.

Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers.

From November 15, 2025, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Registration Confirmation

Upon completing your registration, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at secretriat@ibbce.com

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before July 15, 2025 – Full refund on the registration fee

After July 15, 2025- September 19, 2025 – 50% Refund on the registration fee.

After 19th September– No refund request are allowed, (Note: only allowed in the case of medical emergencies)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the IBBC2025 organizing committee.

Refunds will be processed within 20days after the request has been approved.

Force Majeure Clause

IBBC2025 organizers shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the conference due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government regulations, labor strikes, or any other event that makes it impossible or impractical to hold the event as planned. In such cases:

The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event.

If the event is rescheduled, all confirmed registrations will be transferred to the new date.

If the event is canceled entirely due to force majeure, registered attendees will receive a partial refund after deducting any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the organizers.
